Dawniel Blackheart
Dawniel is a dedicated professional whose work is driven by a deep commitment to service, ministry, and faith. With extensive experience in donor relations, complex gift coordination, and client services, Dawniel combines her passion for people with her expertise in stewardship to make a meaningful impact in the kingdom of God.
As a Giver Services Associate at a Houston nonprofit, Dawniel excels in managing donor relationships, ensuring seamless gift management processes, and offering heartfelt support to those who give. Her role extends beyond the professional; it’s about fostering a culture of generosity that reflects her values and the call to steward resources for the advancement of God’s work.
Previously, Dawniel served as the Director of Giver Services/Donor Relations at California nonprofit, where she was instrumental in strengthening relationships with donors, financial advisors, and ministry partners. Her leadership was key in onboarding new donors, designing campaigns that expanded community visibility, and overseeing the management of complex gifts and stock donations. Dawniel’s hands-on approach to leadership also involved training and empowering teams, providing support for year-end initiatives, and ensuring the effective use of technology in tracking and managing contributions, enabling greater impact for ministries and non-profit organizations.
Dawniel’s career has been marked by a consistent focus on service and faith-based values. Earlier in her journey, she thrived in sales, where her ability to revitalize struggling accounts and provide personalized service earned her recognition across Southern California. She also offered training in new technologies, showing how the tools of the world can be leveraged for the greater good.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Dawniel is passionate about empowering women to thrive. She offers spiritual guidance, life coaching, interview prep, and resume writing—all with the goal of helping others reach their God-given potential. Her hobbies—painting, baking, hiking, and serving in her community—reflect her love for creativity, the outdoors, and giving back.
Above all, Dawniel’s faith is the foundation of everything she does. She is committed to helping others live out their calling, stewarding the resources entrusted to them with integrity, and sharing the love of Christ in both her professional and personal life. She is married to David, and together they have an adult son, William.

Denecia Herbert
Denecia is an embodiment of unwavering faith and resilience. A true testament to strength, she stands as a powerful vessel, continually molded for the Master's use. Defying odds meant to destroy her, Denecia's journey is one of triumph over adversity.
An ordained minister, prophetess, acclaimed author, and fervent intercessor, Denecia wears many hats with grace and power. As a certified life coach and motivational speaker, she empowers others to unlock their God-given potential. A two-time cancer survivor (stage 4 cervical in 2005, stage 2 endometrium in 2016), her life is a beacon of hope and healing.
Called to be a midwife for authors and entrepreneurs advancing God's Kingdom, Denecia is the owner of Shekinah Glory Publishing, where God is the CEO, and the Holy Spirit inspires every word. With an ABA in Business Administration from AIU, Denecia's knowledge and experience are vast.
Denecia is a widow, having lost her husband, Michael Herbert, after ten years of marriage, and carries his memory with love. Her greatest blessings are her four adult children: Shannon, Michael, Vernecia, and Vashaie, and her two grandchildren, Micah and Zoe. Denecia's life is a living testimony of God's faithfulness and a reminder that with Him, all things are possible.
